Compounded medications are prepared with the active ingredient plus a small number of additional ingredients. Pharmacies differ in what they include, which is why you see a choice above. Here is what each label means, so the decision is an informed one rather than a coin flip.
With B12
B12 is cyanocobalamin, a water-soluble B vitamin. Here it is included in the same vial as your weekly dose, so it is one injection rather than two. Whether it is useful for you specifically depends on your own levels and history, which is a question for your provider.
With B6
B6 is pyridoxine, another water-soluble B vitamin, included the same way. B6 is one where more is not better: it has an established upper limit and is not a vitamin to stack from several sources at once. Tell your provider about any B-complex or multivitamin you already take.
Additive-Free

No. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription. While they contain the prescribed active ingredient, compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products and are not identical to the branded medications.
How much weight will I lose?

When am I charged, and can I get a refund?
Your card is authorized for the amount of your plan when you place your order, but it is not actually charged until a provider approves your treatment. If you aren't approved, the hold is released and you are never charged. There is no separate consultation fee.
Once a provider approves and your medication ships, that order is final. Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold, so they are not refundable once they leave the pharmacy—that is standard across every legitimate pharmacy, not a ThriveMedRX policy. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will make it right.
If I choose the 3-month program, does it ship monthly?
No. Your full three months ship together in one order, and you are charged once. There is no recurring billing and nothing auto-renews—when you're ready for more, you place another order. Plan refrigerator space accordingly, and follow the storage instructions included with your shipment.
Why is there more than one formulation to choose from?
We believe patients deserve transparency and choice. State-licensed compounding pharmacies prepare these medications differently: some include a B vitamin such as B12 or B6 in the same vial, others are formulated additive-free. They also differ in pricing. The active medication and your dosing are the same whichever you choose.
