Forms & Documents

Your intake, consent, and telehealth forms live in your patient portal, where you can review them any time. Need a copy of your prescription record, a receipt, or an invoice for an HSA or FSA claim? Message support and we'll send it over.

Prescription Policies

Medication is dispensed only after a licensed provider prescribes it. Compounded products are made for you individually and are not FDA-approved finished drugs. Controlled or age-restricted therapies follow additional state rules your provider will explain.

Medication Instructions

Most injectable programs are stored refrigerated (36–46°F) and protected from light, never frozen. Each order ships with product-specific storage and handling instructions; when in doubt, message the pharmacist included with your program.

Injection Guides

Nerves are normal the first time, and it gets easy fast. These are subcutaneous injections into the fat just under the skin, abdomen or thigh, once weekly for most programs. Syringes, alcohol pads, and a step-by-step guide ship with every order. Rotate your site each dose, follow the CDC rule of one needle, one syringe, only one time, and put used needles in an FDA sharps container rather than the trash.

Delivery & Refills

How it ships,
and how refills work.

Shipping Information

Orders ship free, cold-chain, with tracking. Your medication travels in temperature-controlled packaging and typically arrives within 3–5 business days of your prescription being finalized. A tracking link comes by email as soon as it leaves the pharmacy, and your injection supplies ship in the same box. If a package is delayed, damaged, or arrives warm, don’t use it — contact support right away and we’ll make it right.

Refill Information

We prompt refills. We never auto-renew them. When it is time to reorder we send an email and a portal message so you don’t run out mid-titration, and there it stops. Ordering again is something you do, not something that happens to you. No contracts, no auto-billing, no subscription to cancel. Your medication is paid for up front, so once it is in your hands you are set until you decide to order again.

Traveling? Message support before you go. We can often time a refill around your trip and advise on keeping your medication cold in transit.

FAQs

Quick answers.

Medication & Storage

How do I store my medication?

Most injectables are kept refrigerated (36–46°F), out of direct light, and never frozen. Follow the specific instructions shipped with your order, and ask the included pharmacist if you're unsure.

What if my package arrives warm or damaged?

Don't use it. Contact support with your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll arrange a replacement.

How do I give a subcutaneous injection?

Your order includes syringes, alcohol pads, and a step-by-step guide. In short: clean the site (abdomen or thigh), pinch the skin, insert the small needle at the guided angle, and inject slowly. Rotate sites each week, use a fresh needle and syringe every single time (never reuse or share them), and toss the used one in a sharps container. Nervous about your first? Message us and we'll walk you through it.

Billing & Refills

Does my price change as my dose goes up?

No. Your flat monthly price stays the same as your provider titrates your dose.

Can I pause or cancel?

There is nothing to cancel — we do not auto-renew anything. Each order is placed by you individually, so stopping simply means not placing another one. No fees, no phone call.

How fast will refills arrive?

Refills are timed to your schedule and ship cold-chain, typically arriving within 3–5 business days once dispensed.
