1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy is published by Thrive Wellness Management LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company operating the ThriveMedRX platform ("we," "us"). It covers this website — www.thrivemedrx.com. Our online store (shop.thrivemedrx.com), the independent healthcare providers who deliver care, and the independent pharmacies that fill prescriptions each maintain their own privacy practices, described in section 4.

2. What this website collects

• Contact form submissions. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and message. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
• Analytics, unless you opt out. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, general region, device type, and how you found us. This is measured in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you. A banner on your first visit offers a Decline button, and declining turns analytics off and removes its cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
• Cookieless traffic counts. Our hosting platform (Vercel) counts page visits in aggregate with no cookies and no visitor identifier — it cannot recognize you, and nothing is stored on your device for it.
• Basic technical logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

3. What this website deliberately does not collect

This website does not ask for, collect, or store your medical history, symptoms, medications, or any other health information. Health questionnaires and medical evaluations happen on the clinical platforms used by your provider — not on these pages. We have designed it this way on purpose: your health information belongs in clinical systems built to protect it, not on a marketing website.

4. Where your information lives at each step

• Browsing this site — covered by this policy. Nothing optional is collected without your consent.
• Buying a program — handled by our online store, where payment is processed by the store's payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.
• Your medical evaluation and care — collected and held by the independent licensed providers who treat you, in their clinical systems, protected as the law requires for health information. Their privacy notices govern that data.
• Your prescription — held by the independent pharmacy that fills it, under its own legal obligations.

5. How we use what we collect

To respond when you contact us, to operate and secure the website, to understand — in aggregate — how visitors use it and which of our marketing reaches people, and to meet legal obligations. That is the complete list.

6. Who we share information with

Service providers that make the website work, acting on our instructions: our hosting provider, our email delivery service (which transmits contact-form messages to us), and Google Analytics (only if you consent). We share information beyond that only if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records, then deleted. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule and holds no directly identifying information. You can ask us to delete your contact history at any time.

8. Security

The site is served entirely over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the services we use are configured to modern security standards. No website can promise absolute security, which is one more reason this one holds as little of your information as possible.

9. Your choices and rights

• Decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time — the Cookie Policy page has a button that reopens the choice.
• Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: support@thrivemedrx.com.
• For records about your medical care, contact your provider — those records are theirs to maintain and yours to request.

10. Children

This website and the platform are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the effective date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be noted on the website.
