Before you receive care through the ThriveMedRX platform, you deserve to understand exactly how virtual care works: who is treating you, what telehealth does well, where its limits are, and what rights you keep. That is what this page is for.
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Telehealth is healthcare delivered without an in-person visit, using secure electronic communication. On this platform, that typically begins with a structured health questionnaire reviewed by a licensed provider (sometimes called asynchronous care), and may also include secure messaging, phone, or video with your provider when your provider determines it is needed. Some situations require more than a questionnaire; your provider decides which mode of care your situation calls for.
Your care comes from an independent healthcare provider licensed in the state where you are located. ThriveMedRX operates the platform (the technology, coordination, and support around your care) but is not a medical practice and does not employ your provider or direct any clinical decision. Your provider-patient relationship is with your provider, and it begins when that provider accepts you as a patient after reviewing your evaluation.
Telehealth is real medical care, but it is not identical to in-person care, and consenting to it means understanding the differences:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency (chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a severe allergic reaction, thoughts of harming yourself, or anything that feels like an emergency), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room now. Do not use this website, the store, or provider messaging to report an emergency.
Completing an evaluation does not mean you will receive a prescription. Your provider may prescribe, may recommend something different from what you selected, or may determine that no medication on this platform is appropriate for you. That decision is made entirely by your provider, on clinical grounds. No fee paid to ThriveMedRX buys a prescription, and no part of our revenue depends on one being written.
If your provider issues a prescription, it is filled by an independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to you with cold-chain packaging where the medication requires it. Compounded medications are prepared for you individually and are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The full explanation is in our Terms of Service and on our Sources & References page.
Your health information is collected and maintained by the providers and pharmacies involved in your care, within their systems, and handled according to the laws that protect health information. This marketing website does not itself collect your medical history. Your provider may share information with the pharmacy filling your prescription and with others involved in your care, as the law permits, for the purpose of treating you.
By beginning an evaluation or purchasing a program through the ThriveMedRX platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this page, that you accept the benefits and limits of telehealth described here, and that you consent to receive care from independent licensed providers through the platform. You confirm the information you provide will be truthful and complete, and you understand a prescription is never guaranteed.
