These terms govern your use of the ThriveMedRX website and platform. We have written them to be read, not skimmed past — they say what we are, what we are not, and what you can expect from us.
Effective date: August 13, 2026
ThriveMedRX is a telehealth platform operated by Thrive Wellness Management LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("ThriveMedRX," "we," "us"). By visiting this website or purchasing a program through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Telehealth Consent. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
ThriveMedRX is not a medical practice, and it is not a pharmacy. We operate the platform that connects you with both: independent, licensed healthcare providers who evaluate you and make every clinical decision, and independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies (operating as 503A or 503B facilities under federal and state regulations) that prepare and ship medication when a provider has issued a prescription.
The providers on our platform exercise their own professional judgment at all times. We do not direct, influence, or interfere with any clinical decision, and no fee we charge is contingent on a prescription being written. Our charges cover the non-clinical platform: technology, coordination, support, and shipping logistics.
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and located in a state where an appropriately licensed provider is available through the platform. Services are not available in every state, and availability can change.
Everything published on this website — program descriptions, dosing explanations, FAQs, articles — is educational. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is formed only when an independent licensed provider accepts you as a patient following an evaluation. For any question about your own health, talk to a qualified professional who knows your history. In an emergency, call 911.
Selecting a program on this website is a request for evaluation, not a purchase of medication. Every prescription requires an evaluation by a licensed provider, and the decision to prescribe — or not to prescribe — belongs entirely to that provider. Not all applicants will qualify. If a provider determines a program is not appropriate for you, any payment you have made for that program will be handled as described at checkout and in our store policies.
The medications available through programs on this platform are compounded preparations. They are prepared for an individual patient, pursuant to a valid prescription, by state-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under federal and state regulations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products: they have not been through the FDA's review for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and they are not generic equivalents of, or interchangeable with, brand-name products such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound.
Any clinical-trial results referenced on this website come from studies of the branded, FDA-approved medicines. Compounded formulations contain the same active ingredient but are not the identical product and have not been individually studied. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. Sources for every regulatory and clinical statement on this site are listed on our Sources & References page.
All services on this platform are self-pay. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and purchases through the platform are generally not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Prices are shown before you buy, and your monthly program price does not change with your dose.
Payments are processed through our online store checkout. The price, program length, and renewal behavior of each program are stated on the program page and at checkout — what you see there is what applies. Programs do not renew without your action.
Care on this platform involves parties we do not control: independent providers, independent pharmacies, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Each is responsible for its own services and governed by its own policies. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The ThriveMedRX name, logo, website design, and the text and images we have created are our property, protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for personal use; you may not republish or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's operation, availability, or the completeness of its information — and we make no warranty about clinical outcomes, which depend on your individual circumstances and the independent judgment of your provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Wellness Management LLC is not liable for clinical decisions made by independent providers, for medications prepared by independent pharmacies, or for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Thrive Wellness Management LLC and its members, officers, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the platform.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, abusive treatment of staff or providers, or non-payment. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — survive it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 17 will be brought in the state or federal courts of North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Most concerns can be resolved by simply contacting us, and we ask that you try that first. If a dispute between you and Thrive Wellness Management LLC cannot be resolved informally, both sides agree it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than by a lawsuit in court. The arbitration will take place in North Carolina or, at your choice, by videoconference or telephone, and the AAA's consumer rules govern fees and procedure.
Both sides waive the right to a jury trial, and claims may be brought only on an individual basis — not as a plaintiff or member of a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Either side may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either side may seek emergency injunctive relief in court where the law allows it.
You have the right to opt out of arbitration. To do so, email support@thrivemedrx.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name and a statement that you decline the arbitration agreement. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms. Claims against independent providers or pharmacies are between you and them and are not governed by this section.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes will be noted on the website. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
